Strategic Business Growth Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business development in the Defence and National Security sector.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in developing growth strategies and implementing business development activities.
* Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
* Engage potential customers through white papers, informal propositions, proofs of concept, and other relevant initiatives.
* Lead the Business Development/Sales team and develop pipeline generation aligned with business strategy.
* Manage opportunities within Salesforce, adhering to sales governance processes.
* Work with the Communications & Marketing team to establish market awareness and generate publicity.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis to inform both strategy and tactical opportunities.
* Formulate and execute business development strategies, and direct major proposal activities as appropriate.
* Establish and lead Integrated Capture teams (ICT) to pursue and capture major opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Business Unit and Capabilities organisation to define short- and long-term strategies and deliver services to customers.
* Ensure all internal stakeholders are familiar and supportive of prospective customer engagement and account plan deliverables.
* Manage sales forecast and align with Integrated Business Planning.
