Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to support a major integration program within the utilities sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and rolling out a robust change and communications strategy to support business transformation. This includes managing stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption, and reinforcement of key changes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a holistic Change Plan in collaboration with project and comms teams
* Identify and manage internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and employees
* Apply structured change methodologies aligned to integration and transformation goals
* Work with People & Culture to assess change impacts on employment conditions, policies, and industrial instruments
* Build and maintain tools to support employee engagement throughout the transition
* Conduct readiness assessments and manage resistance with appropriate mitigation tactics
* Develop reinforcement strategies to embed change post-implementation
* Support execution of corporate training where relevant to the integration (focus on coordination, not design)
* Create and deliver a strong internal communications strategy using multiple channels
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Deep experience in organisational change management, within large-scale transformation or integration
* Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and internal communications
* Sector experience in utilities, construction, or infrastructure is a must
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Change Management, or similar
* Solid grounding in methodologies like ADKAR or PCI
* Comfortable working with senior leaders and independently driving delivery
