Role Summary
We're excited to offer a 5-year fixed-term position within our Land Use Planning team for a Development Contributions Coordinator. The role supports the delivery of infrastructure that meets community needs by overseeing the development, implementation, and management of contribution plans.
Responsibilities
* Develop and review contribution plans that align with Council's strategic goals and plans.
* Provide financial oversight, monitor the collection and expenditure of contributions, and ensure reporting and legislative compliance.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in project management, commerce, asset accounting or a related field – or equivalent local government experience.
* Strong financial, administrative and analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
* Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex legislative requirements.

Salary
Salary range $108,744 – $120,000 per annum plus superannuation (negotiable based on skills and experience).
Location
The position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure
Full time, 35 hours per week for a five-year fixed-term contract.
