Based in Rockingham, our steel and hardware division plays a key role in supporting both internal projects and external customers, delivering exceptional product knowledge, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service.
About the Role
Join our SRBSteel & Hardware store as a Store Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day operations, inventory management, and B2B growth. You’ll work in a modern, well-fitted store with strong back-office support, giving you the freedom to focus on management, customer relationships, and growing the business.
This is a hands-on management role where you’ll be responsible for both operational and strategic aspects of the store.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in steel, hardware, or retail/warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering, preferably in Shopify.
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a must
- Basic IT literacy for inventory and point-of-sale systems.
