Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines CRM expertise, systems integration, and go-to-market operations.
This is a hands-on role where you will own our HubSpot CRM, manage data quality and workflows, and ensure our tools are integrated and reliable. You will also be responsible for reporting and insights that help leadership make better decisions.
Main Responsibilities
* Design, implement and maintain integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Intercom, Vitally, Posthog and Zapier.
* Set up workflows and data syncs to keep customer data accurate and up to date.
* Document integrations and workflows so they are easy to understand and maintain.
Data Governance And Reporting
* Owning the setup, optimization and governance of HubSpot across the full customer lifecycle.
* Maintaining data hygiene and running processes to validate and enrich data.
* Aligning lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
* Managing attribution, tracking and reporting processes so teams can see the impact of their work.
Reporting And Analytics
* Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for the entire funnel including conversion rates, pipeline health and churn risk.
* Providing regular reporting and insights to leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
* Using SQL or BI tools for deeper analysis when required.
Enablement And Support
* Training and supporting team members in HubSpot and connected tools.
* Documenting best practices and maintaining clear operating procedures.
* Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving CRM performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
* Strong proficiency in CRM architecture including workflows, reports and custom properties.
* Experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs or middleware.
* Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Segment, Salesforce, Zapier, Workato or Marketo.
* SQL knowledge and experience with BI or analytics tools is a plus.
