About the role

As part of the showroom team in Warana, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

• Assisting customers to choose the perfect bathroom products
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Either have experience in bathrooms or be energetic, take initiative and be willing to learn and grow
• Comfortable with a computer and willing to learn new systems
• Open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Desire to develop their career – either locally or within our network (we love to promote people from within)
