About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you’ll lead a small reporting team and own the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting. You enjoy improving processes, strengthening controls and partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful insights—not just compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a small financial reporting team
* Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
* Manage year‑end processes and coordinate external audits
* Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards
* Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
* Identify and implement improvements across systems, reporting and controls
About You
* CA/CPA qualified
* Proven experience delivering high‑quality financial reporting
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial judgement
* Collaborative, solutions‑focused and confident engaging with stakeholders
* Comfortable leading and improving finance processes
