Key Responsibilities
* Draft and collate correspondence
* Complete claim forms and draft court documents
* File documents electronically online
* Liaise with clients and third parties (insurers & medical experts)
* Provide general legal administrative support
* Support and provide exceptional service to all staff and clients
* Assist with new client enquiries
* Book appointments and manage diaries
* Qualify enquiries in line with processes and procedures
* Data entry using the CRM system
* Report to and assist the personal injury department manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Injury Paralegal position
* Strong communication and client liaison skills
* High-level organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving abilities
* A collaborative attitude
* A willingness to embrace technology
* Experience with LEAP software is desirable but not necessary
* If you are qualified as a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner of Declarations, you can enrol in this course once employed
