This is a permanent position in our Mandurah office, where you will work with children and families to provide compassionate strengths-based support, promoting well-being and early assistance for mental health challenges.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling is essential.
* You should have significant practical experience working with children and families.
* Demonstrated case management and care coordination experience is highly valued.
* You should have knowledge of crisis management and challenging behaviors.
* Prevention and mental health knowledge is also important.
* An understanding of domestic violence and child maltreatment is necessary.
