Job Description
We're looking for a detail‐driven Team Leader to head our Banking and Finance division within our national Process Serving team. In this multi‐faceted leadership role, you will bridge the gap between people management and operational strategy by supervising a high‐performing team, managing key financial stakeholders, and overseeing our national subcontractor network. You will take full ownership of the division's success, ensuring strict SLA compliance and driving financial accountability to meet our revenue goals.

* Based in Caulfield
* Following training and once competency is reached you'll have access to a hybrid working arrangement
* Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm – No weekends!
* Australian Citizenship required
* Successful applicants will be required to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and PEIC clearance
What You'll Be Doing
* Direct Supervision: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 3–4 staff members, fostering a high‐performance culture.
* Strategic Partnership: Attend client meetings to discuss performance, industry trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
* SLA Compliance: Ensure the team strictly adheres to client‐mandated service levels, turnaround times, and compliance requirements.
* Subcontractor Management: Manage relationships with Field Agents (subcontractors), dealing with performance escalations and ensuring they adhere to our high standards of conduct.
* Revenue Monitoring: Oversee and drive the revenue performance to ensure monthly and quarterly budget targets are met.
* Leadership: Proven experience managing a small team, with a focus on coaching and development.
* Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure while resolving complex escalations between clients and subcontractors.
