Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Fleet Service Supervisor to work out of our Largs North Depot and support the efficient operation of our fleet, trailers, small motor equipment, and plant assets.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate maintenance activities for fleet vehicles and act as the primary liaison with external contractors to ensure timely servicing, repairs, and compliance.
* Complete minor repairs and servicing for trailers, small motor equipment, and basic tools.
* Maintain accurate records, asset tracking documentation, and fleet compliance data using computer-based systems.
* Monitor workshop organisation, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
* Provide occasional support to field teams, including equipment dispatch and coordination.
