Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.
Join the Kieser team as an Exercise Scientist at our newly opened clinic in Burleigh. Our Exercise Scientists educate and supervise clients on the training floor to promote long-term health outcomes through strength training.
We combine traditional exercise science methods with education on the benefits of strength training to empower clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to enjoy their activities. Responsibilities include:
1. Engaging actively on the training floor through 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis.
2. Applying scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control) and evidence-based practices to support clients.
3. Providing evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
4. Developing and implementing exercise prescriptions and plans.
5. Establishing, assessing, and reassessing goals for new and long-term clients.
6. Guiding clients towards peak performance and injury recovery.
7. Completing administrative duties as required.
8. Delivering high-quality service in line with Kieser standards.
If you are a new graduate or an experienced Exercise Scientist with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.
