About the Role
This senior pharmacy position involves leading a team, ensuring accurate prescription dispensing, providing clinical counselling, and driving professional services and campaigns.
* Ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately and ethically in line with legislation
* Provide expert clinical advice and guidance
* Lead and coach pharmacists, interns, technicians, and assistants
* Achieve financial KPIs, monitor stock, and support operational efficiency
* Maintain compliance with WHS, privacy, and accreditation standards
* Promote a positive, customer-focused culture
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* AHPRA-registered pharmacist qualification
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacist manager
* Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
* Business acumen and financial awareness
* Organisational and detail-oriented skills
* A passion for patient care
