As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry with focus on cloud application management support services. Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services, you would provide generalist Subject Matter Expertise across the technical operations of systems and applications in the cloud for the delivery organisation of the global CAS sovereign cloud unit with capabilities to ensure seamless delivery execution of cloud application support services for private and public cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Enable and mentor internal and external delivery teams including quality assurance and continuous upskilling;

* Lead the maintenance of complex SAP landscapes by providing technical expertise and support;

* Resolve incidents and handle customer requests;

* Act as a trusted integration point between CAS and SAP solution/ product areas;
">
* Support customers on their digital transformation journeys;
">

Requirements
">
To succeed in this role, you should have gained relevant technical expertise through successful customer implementation projects and/or continuous operations support engagements. You will need to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and be willing to lead/participate in working groups, internal initiatives and assist other team members in helping to create a lasting, customer-centric market presence for our cloud services.
">
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies
">
Due to the classified nature of our work, your willingness is required to subject yourself to a governmental security clearance process and thus have a FIVE EYES country member nationality.
">
• Minimum 10+ years of SAP technical administration with SAP Basis skills and should have knowledge & experience on setup, administration and operations of SAP solutions.
">
• Experienced supporting Presales, Solution Proposals, Bid Management with Account teams.
">
• Act as a trusted advisor for Sovereign Cloud Customers, take full ownership of overall SAP technical solution and seek opportunities for TCO reduction to optimize ROI.
">
• Strong experience leading Basis support transition within defined scope and schedule.
">
• Willing to operate from our secure facility on a shift basis.
">
• Able to orchestrate and coordinate with other teams/stakeholders to drive desired outcome.
">
• Business knowledge of the SaaS, PaaS and IaaS markets, including a deep understanding of our Cloud portfolio and offerings, along with market insights and competitive knowledge.
">
• Language Skills: Fluent in English spoken and written is a must.
">
Technical Skill Requirements
">
• Preferably SAP-certified in NetWeaver and/or S/4HANA system administration.
">
• Strong experience implementing, upgrading and supporting mission critical SAP applications (i.e., SAP S/4HANA, PO, Solution Manager, BW, Webdispatcher, Cloud Connector, HANA DB, ECC, GRC, IDM, Fiori, BOBJ, DS etc.).
">
• Experienced in implementing and supporting SAP SaaS products i.e., Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Concur etc.
">
• Well-versed with Business Technology Platform, offerings and Basis support function, including technical integration.
">
• Highly skilled in delivering SAP Basis tasks, but not limited to Certificate Management and Trust Configuration, System Refresh, Performance Tuning, Solution Manager Configuration, SAP Transport Management and CTS+, Load balancing, Maintenance Planner, SSL and Encryption/Decryption, SNC/SAML, Technical Integration with upstream and downstream systems.

• Sound knowledge with Hyperscaler offering and deployment methods (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
">
• Experience in implementing ChaRM leveraging Solution Manage is desirable.
">
• Experience in setting up Solution Management/Focused Run/Focused Insights to cater alerting and monitoring requirements is desirable.
