We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill a Customer Service Representative position in our Melbourne Head Office or Sydney Villawood Office.
About the Role
This role involves managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate delivery of products to customers, and building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
You will be responsible for accurately recording and processing all orders, monitoring orders, and resolving potential problems proactively. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Process and record customer orders efficiently and effectively
* Monitor and resolve potential problems before they escalate
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably phone-based or face-to-face
* Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
