Role Highlights
* Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while providing an exceptional level of service
* Drive lead generation and prospecting activities to connect with potential clients via phone calls, door knocking and letter box dropping.
* Assist with open homes and deliver engaging, memorable private property showings
* Support exciting auction campaigns and get involved in all the action on Auction Day
* Coordinate and schedule client meetings to ensure smooth communication
* Manage and maintain client databases with accuracy and care
* Oversee key processes such as building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement arrangements

What Do You Need?
* Valid QLD Sales Registration (or currently in the process of obtaining) and Driver's Licence
* Sales experience in the real estate industry is preferable but not essential. We're looking for the right attitude and drive!
* Availability on a Saturday is a must
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
* A strong multitasker with a proactive, can-do mindset
