About The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. You will be assessing, planning, implementing and evaluateing nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
* Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
* 12 hour shifts available for offer.
