Responsibilities
* Must be experienced as Cook
* Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu
* Training and mentoring subordinates in the kitchen
* Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
* Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
* Stock rotation and reordering
* Presentation and plating of food
* Ability to work in a team
* Very good communication skills
* Good Communications Skills
* Well Experience using commercial kitchen Equipment
Skills and Qualifications
* AQF associate degree, Certificate IV in relevant Hospitality qualification ( Kitchen Management or Commercial Cookery)
* Prior experience as a Cook minimum 1 Year
* Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
* Ability to work Full Time.
* Flexible to work on a rotating roster.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
