Job Title: Project Coordinator
This role involves working closely with Site and Project Managers to coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction projects. As a project coordinator, you will assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating site activities, including communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
* Support procurement, quality control, and on-site safety compliance.
* Observe site activities to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
* Participate in toolbox meetings and continuous learning opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Trade-qualified or currently studying a Diploma or Degree in Construction / Project Management.
General understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and other project tools).
Holds a current Driver's Licence and White Card.
Willing to work flexibly to accommodate study commitments.
