About the role:
Our Gold Coast care homes are looking for Carers who bring kindness, patience and heart to every shift. With roles available across multiple locations, you can work close to home while making a real impact in your community. If you believe every person deserves dignity, respect and connection, this is the place for you.
* Provide personal care and support with daily living, mobility needs and medication assistance
* Monitor and record vital signs when required, and report any changes in a resident's condition
* Maintain accurate care documentation and follow all safety and Bupa policy guidelines
* Build positive relationships with residents and families, responding to concerns with empathy
* Encourage residents to join social activities and contribute to care planning discussions
* Support continuous improvement and help create a warm, caring team environment
What will you bring?
* Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
* A passion and energy for world class care
* Ability to work as part of a tight‐knit team and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
