About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will lead the delivery of high-quality community-based care with guidance and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
* Support clients in their homes, clinics or via telehealth sessions.
* Maintain regular communication with your Clinical Supervisor through one-on-one or group supervision sessions.
* Prepare for appointments, compile reports and complete case notes efficiently.
* Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues by attending team meetings and staying connected with your Team Leader.
* Pursue ongoing professional development by completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful services to clients.
About You
You thrive in a supportive environment where teamwork and connection are valued. You have a genuine interest in delivering support to individuals in the community and may specialise in paediatrics or mental health. Key qualities include organisation, effective communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
* Hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and possess AHPRA registration or be in the process of obtaining it.
* Demonstrate an enthusiasm for community healthcare.
* Have access to a vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* Obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
