**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Two Full Time positions available. One position is permanent, and the other is temporary with the potential of becoming permanent in the foreseeable future
- Flexible and hybrid working - A mix of working in the Richmond office, working within the Aged Care sites and working remotely from home
- Reporting to the HR Manager Aged and Community Care Services, this role will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and will provide HR operational support to the Aged Care frontline management team
- Be part of a supportive and dedicated HR team, in a purpose driven, not for profit organisation
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You will have strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build robust and effective relationships across the business
- You will have experience working in an HR environment in a generalist or administration capacity
- You will have an understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Award interpretation
- You will be solutions focussed and have a passion for providing quality, best practice HR Support to your stakeholders
