Job Overview
The Grounds & Maintenance Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining properties across the country. This encompasses tackling minor maintenance issues, constructing projects, conducting major repairs and renovations, as well as keeping grounds and gardens immaculate.
Main Responsibilities:
* Tackle minor maintenance tasks within rooms, amenities, and facilities.
* Be hands-on with building projects, major repairs, renovations, and mechanical tasks – from painting and basic plumbing to hardware replacements.
* Ensure our grounds and gardens look their absolute best.
The ideal candidate will have a reputation for exceptional customer service, robust time management skills, and a keen eye for detail. A medium rigid truck license and forklift license are highly desirable, as is proven experience in property maintenance and confidence with power tools.
