Are you a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic environments? This is an exciting opportunity to support an entrepreneurial CEO in a rapidly growing tech business based on the Gold Coast. While the role offers flexibility to work remotely, regular travel to the Gold Coast will be required.
About the role: We’re looking for a confident EA who can keep pace with a fast-moving leader and business. You’ll take ownership of managing a busy calendar and inbox, coordinate national and international travel, and be hands-on with event management – from major client functions to internal staff events.
Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for the CEO
- Coordinating travel and logistics across multiple time zones
- Planning and executing major client events and staff events
- Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders
- Providing proactive support to ensure the CEO stays one step ahead
Qualifications
- Previous EA experience supporting at a senior level
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to forward plan
- Robust event management skills, ideally with exposure to large-scale functions
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Willingness to travel to the Gold Coast as part of the role
