Boilermakers, Welders, Pressure Welders, Coded Welders, Cladders (Sheetmetal Trades Worker) & Fitters
Full Time Permanent Position
Due to the expansion in our Kalgoorlie operations we currently have vacancies for persons with Boilermaker, Welder, Coded Welder, Cladder (Sheetmetal Trades Worker) &Fitter experiences. This Position is Kalgoorlie based and not FIFO
Duties are included as below but not limited, please contact us for detailed duties for each position:
* Fabricate steel or metal components according to drawing and superior instructions
* Set up and operate fabricating machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders and drill presses to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise from and assemble metal components
* Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following drawing and layout specifications, using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools
* Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job
* requirements
* Selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock
* Cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame
* cutting torches and metal cutting machines
* Ability to design and fabricate sheet metal products, such as ducting, piping and tubing
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Cutting, bending and stamping sheet metal in accordance with design instructions
* Installing and assembling sheet metal products
* Fitting and assembling products based on technical drawings
* Installing and shaping products made from metal sheets
* Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine
They should have the following requirements
Trade Certificate
Up to 3 Years Experience
Able to do roster work
Must be able to pass a D & A test and police clearance.
Able to Undertake Pre-employment Medical
These positions are permanent positions.
Hourly rate is $ $60.00 per hour
