Our client works hard to establish a one-on-one relationship with each of their clients & is looking for a Receptionist to join their team to continue to do so. 
About The Opportunity: 
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the daily running of the practice for smooth operations whilst ensuring that clients are faced with the best customer service. 
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager some of your responsibilities will include: 
Greeting clients & answering & directing incoming calls in a professional manner 
Managing & sorting incoming & outgoing mail 
Managing debtor relationships & collections in a timely matter 
Assisting in allocating workflow to respective colleagues 
General office & kitchen clean up & maintenance 
About You: 
Previous experience in a receptionist role 
Background in the accounting industry will be desirable 
Eloquent communication both verbal & written 
Confident & friendly phone manner 
Intermediate MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team 
Organised & punctual approach to work
