Wodonga TAFE is seeking a passionate Administration Officer to support the delivery of high-quality training and assessment across a diverse range of programs including Nursing, Aged Care, Disability Work, Children's Services, Allied Health, and more.
Selected Duties
* Provide high-level administrative support for training and assessment activities, including maintaining accurate student records and training documentation.
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the JMED Nursing Program and the Army School of Health ensuring smooth coordination across programs and teams.
* Support administration duties of the Community Services and Health department as required.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and efficiency and referring queries appropriately.
* Troubleshoot basic technology issues, such as photocopier malfunctions, password resets, and setting up video conferencing for staff and students.
* Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and legislation, applying knowledge of state authority requirements to support the department's operations effectively.

* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A commitment to excellence in customer service
* Desirable: Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot common issues (e.g., photocopiers, password resets, video conferencing setup)
* Desirable: Familiarity with state authority guidelines, legislation, and ministerial directives
