We are seeking a full-time Learning Officer to work on-site, providing training primarily across the greater South East Queensland - Ipswich and Logan regions.
The role will involve designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development functions across the organisation to meet service delivery needs and increase professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing engaging and accessible training materials and resources that align with our mission and values.
* Facilitating comprehensive induction programs for Youth Workers, Case Managers, and other operational roles.
* Conducting in-person training sessions on key topics for all areas of staff.
* Facilitating leadership training for employees at various management levels.
* Identifying learning needs and gaps in knowledge among staff members and developing targeted training interventions.
* Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and observation.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a Diploma or higher-level qualification in a Community Service field, experience in a training or coaching role, and excellent communication skills.
