Role Overview: You’re a passionate HR professional with experience working across a broad range of HR change and regulatory projects, with a strong hands-on delivery focus and well developed stakeholder management skills. Reporting into the Chapter Area Lead as a member of the People Enablement leadership team, the Executive Manager (or Chapter Lead as it's called in our structure) Change Enablement is responsible for leading and strategically developing the capability change enablement team, which consists of HR change professionals. This role involves collaborating with Crews to deliver best-in-class change initiatives that create a superior experience for both our people and customers. The Chapter Lead is accountable for the day-to-day coaching of the team, ensuring effective change planning and delivery to achieve Crew objectives successfully. Additionally, the Chapter Lead provides people leadership and management, developing Chapter members and fostering a culture of sharing, learning, and problem-solving across Change Enablement to uplift Chapter maturity. An essential part of this role is oversight of the development and usage of change management tools and processes, ensuring that procedures are up to date and that all chapter members are familiar with them. The Chapter Lead also plays a key role in resource planning across the chapter, collaborating closely with Crews to understand HR priorities and ensure that resources are effectively allocated. The role also leads change, including the design and development of the engagement and implementation plan and active involvement in the full range of end to end change management activities. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Highly motivated professional with significant experience in team leadership and HR generalist roles, HR projects or communications Experience in leading and developing a team, enabling them to deliver exceptional change initiatives Demonstrable track record of developing and delivering to a change/communications or project plan and leading projects within a HR function, with a focus on organisational/behavioural change Strong stakeholder management, including consulting skills and the ability to build trusting relationships, influence and communicate effectively, including with senior leaders Strong written skills including the ability to build change governance/ senior leader packs, create change support material, draft communication content, end user documentation, and visual project status reports that are simple, clear and engaging Strong verbal and presentation skills to communicate effectively and deliver and facilitate training/workshops and other presentations Track record of delivering to a change/communications or project plan Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills Sound understanding of change project methodologies (ie Prosci) and/or Human Centred Design UX / end2end solution /process design experience desirable Strong business analysis skills, with experience in delivering data-driven improvements and process improvements and the ability to measure and report success of activity through tracking appropriate metrics and make recommendations to improve adoption A curiosity to interrogate existing processes and systems, and the confidence to ask “Should we?” to encourage reflection, informed decision-making, innovation, and continuous improvement.
