What this actually is
You've probably sat through an employability class before. Maybe it was compulsory. Maybe someone walked you through how to write a cover letter or prep for a behavioural interview. This isn't that.
Every class is an audition.
Each week is structured around three things: LEARN (a practical skill, taught by the hiring manager or industry executive who actually uses it), MEET (the same people — who are here because they have real work to fill), and REFLECT (what you did, what landed, what you'd do differently). No lectures. No hypotheticals. Just you, showing what you can do, in front of the people who can hire you for it.
Roughly 1 in 2 active participants gets a paid gig.
Work is short-term, office-based, and varies – marketing, admin, tech support, business services – sourced from clients in the Tech, Financial and Business Services sectors. You won't know which gig until you show up and show what you can do.

* Currently enrolled at an Australian university or TAFE in NSW (any course, domestic or international students welcome)
* Reliable. Responsive. Flexible.
* Genuinely curious and comfortable not knowing everything yet
Why this exists
The "spray and pray" approach – send out hundreds of applications and hope – is broken. We built this program because we believe context beats content, and relationships beat résumés.
This is Cohort #1. You'll be helping shape something new. Places are capped at 30, with a waitlist.
