Laundy Hotels are seeking experienced bartenders to join the enthusiastic team at Woolly Bay Hotel in Woolloomooloo.
With a recent renovation, our venue now boasts distinct atmospheres: a cosy ground‐level trattoria‐style setting, a dedicated events space and Arturo's Rooftop, offering a European island ambience.
Today Woolly Bay Hotel is known as a destination venue celebrating food, friendship, family and fun.
THE OPPORTUNITY
* Proven experience thriving in a fast‐paced bar environment
* Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
* Genuine passion for beverages and mixology
* Strong knowledge of classic cocktails
* Skilled at crafting visually appealing, high‐quality drinks efficiently under pressure
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar environment
* Having a current RSA certificate is a must
* Team player with outstanding attention to detail
* Ability to excel in a fast‐paced, high‐energy environment
* Sound competency in the end‐to‐end sequence of service
* Availability on weekends
