The Client:
We are partnering with a reputable Builder/Developer delivering a new 47-unit, 9-storey residential development. Construction is expected to run for approximately 17 months once commenced. This project consists of a single‐basement, mid‐rise residential build on a tight urban footprint. The builder operates as an integrated builder–developer group, supported by an in‐house construction team and established delivery systems. Their model promotes efficiency, consistency, and strong program control across every stage of delivery.

We are now seeking expressions of interest from experienced local construction professionals for three key positions on the project:
* Site Manager
* Structure Foreman
These roles will suit individuals with a strong background in mid‐rise apartment projects (7–12 storeys) and proven capability operating within structured building systems. Only candidates with relevant Queensland construction experience will be considered.
What We're Looking For
* Local experience on multi‐storey residential projects in Queensland – This is a MUST!
* Strong understanding of D&C delivery models
* Experience managing tight urban sites
* Effective trade and subcontractor management
* Ability to perform within a compressed program
* Familiarity with QLD construction standards and BA processes
* Software: Jobpac, MS Project, Excel/PDF reporting; Aconex (desirable)
Role Overviews
* Manage daily site operations and safety
* Coordinate trades, sequencing, QA, and site presentation
* Drive program delivery and identify risks early
* Oversee a low–medium spec apartment build with a precast/concrete structure
