Tide Town is a locally loved retail store in Esperance, known for quality products, great service, and a relaxed coastal vibe. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and take ownership of day-to-day store operations.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily store operations
* Leading, training, and motivating staff
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation
* Handling rosters, opening/closing, and cash management
* Monitoring sales performance
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
You’re a confident leader with a hands‑on approach and a passion for fashion/retail.
You will have:
* Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
* Strong communication and people management skills
* A proactive and organised work style
* The ability to lead by example on the shop floor
* A customer-focused mindset
What We Offer
* $70,000 - $75,000 base salary
* Full-time, stable role (38 hour working week with fortnightly Saturday shift)
