Are you a strategic and data-driven marketing professional with expertise in marketing automation and customer experience? Join **Curtin University** as our **Manager, Marketing Engagement**and play a pivotal role in delivering personalised and engaging experiences for future students.

This full-time, maternity leave cover opportunity is available for a fixed term contract ending May 2026.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing engagement strategy to enhance the future student experience and supports enrolment goals.
- Optimise marketing automation processes, ensuring personalised, targeted engagement across the future student lifecycle.
- Manage and enhance the automation platform, implementing best practices for lead generation, scoring, and conversion while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with broader university objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in the student journey, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion through lifecycle marketing and automation.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, using insight to optimise strategy and improve effectiveness.
- Lead a high-performing team, provide guidance and coaching, to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

**What You'll Bring**
- Exceptional project management skills with proven experience leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Deep expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, with a track record of designing and optimising engagement strategies across the student journey.
- Extensive experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and/or digital marketing, with strong technical proficiency in Marketo or similar platforms.
- A strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for enhanced engagement and conversion.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver effective and aligned marketing outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

**Work Requirements**:

- Ability to work outside of normal office hours as required.
