Australia's largest dry cleaner is looking for fashion-forward, customer service-savvy brand ambassadors to work at our flagship store in Fortitude Valley. The hours are:
**Monday to Friday**: 7 am to 3:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:
- The role is purely customer service and you won't be required to do any dry cleaning.
- You will greet our customers, take in and write up their orders
- Check returned garments for quality.
- Answer customers' questions about garment care methods and practices.
- Follow up on any issues or forgotten orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Ideally, you'll have retail experience, preferably in a fashion setting.
- At a minimum, you'll have an understanding of garment styles and fabrics
- You'll be confident handling expensive garments with care.
- You'll have a very strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.
- A customer focus, and a very friendly disposition.
