About the Role
* Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in all work areas, at all times.
* Conducting temperature checks, ensuring cleaning protocols are adhered to.
* Contributing to and executing daily cleaning schedules.
* Applying food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
* Upholding high kitchen standards across food hygiene, safety, quality, and preparation.
* Shifts are full time Monday to Friday, between the hours of 5am-4pm (flexible times to suit you).
About You
* Hold a Trade Certificate III in Baking or Commercial Cookery (essential).
* Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (essential).
* Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
* Maintain high standards in food taste and presentation.
