Operations Manager Role

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day management of our properties.

* Staff scheduling and supervision
* Guiding and supporting subcontractors, cleaners, and team leaders
* Training and development of staff members
* Property standard management and cleaning schedules
* Liaising between management, staff, and contractors
* Inventory management, ordering, and stock control
* Administrating timesheets, payroll, and HR matters
* Day-to-day operations management and resource planning
* Forecasting property stays and planning resources accordingly
* Hiring new staff members and improving operational processes

In this role, you will have opportunities to develop your leadership skills, work with a diverse team, and contribute to the success of our properties.
