Role IntroductionA permanent, part-time Senior Airport Lead position is available in Melbourne to join our dynamic Airport team.
This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.This role leads the flight turnaround and supervises a Ground Handling Agent (GHA) team during an operational shift to ensure our airport operations run smoothly and efficiently, whilst conforming to safety and security standards.We seek an individual who can effectively support the team in providing a high standard of airport service to customers.
The role requires the ability to anticipate changing priorities and apply a practical, hands-on approach.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise GHA teams dedicated to Cathay flight operations, including conducting flight briefings, and fostering a motivated and positive team environment.
