Position: Social Media & Podcast Manager (freelance —1 day per week )
Location: Cremorne (Head office), other Melbourne locations & WFH.
Daily rate: $400—$600.
We're on the hunt for a highly organised creative freelancer to support leading Australian entrepreneur Nick Bell in building his digital presence, with a strong focus on social media and coordinating his weekly podcast, Saved By The Bell .
This is a one-day-a-week role, perfect for someone with excellent digital project management skills who's passionate about content, digital culture, and topics like business, tech, AI, sport, health, and longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow Nick Bell's personal social media accounts, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Plan original content tailored to each platform, including short-form videos, reels, and podcast clips.
* Coordinate Nick Bell's weekly podcast — from guest scheduling and preparation to logistics and delivery.
* Source and pitch new podcast guests aligned with Nick's interests (business, tech, AI, health, longevity, sport).
* Manage and coordinate freelancers responsible for video editing, copywriting, and publishing.
* Review and approve freelancer outputs, ensuring content is high-quality, on-brand, and platform-appropriate.
* Oversee podcast production timelines to ensure smooth, on-time episode delivery.
* Collaborate with internal team members and external talent to maintain a consistent, strategic media presence.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience growing social channels organically, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and content performance analytics.
* Skilled at tailoring content to suit different platforms and audiences.
* Experience managing creative projects or podcast production workflows.
* Interest or background in podcasting and digital media.
* Confident communicator, able to build rapport with high-profile guests and collaborators.
* A sharp eye for detail and quality, particularly when reviewing creative outputs.
* Experience working with or managing freelancers (e.g. editors, copywriters, designers).
