Regional BDM / Account Manager (Main - VIC + TAS/SA)
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Working Arrangement: Remote, with regional travel
Role Purpose
The Business Development / Account Manager is responsible for farming and growing existing accounts while selectively driving targeted new business growth across Victoria (primary), South Australia and Tasmania.
This is a relationship-led role focused on:
* Retaining long-standing customers
* Growing GP dollar revenue within both new and existing accounts
* Supporting our clients expansion into OEM channels in partnership with internal specialists

Exceed regional GP$ targets through maximising active accounts and increasing average spend.

Accountabilities
* Sales Pipeline Management in CRM
Other Responsibilities
* Availability to travel to customers & prospects
* Attendance at Trade Shows/Events, as required
* Assist with market intelligence and customer insights
* Back up inbound telephone coverage, when required

* # of customer engagements logged (calls/emails)
* # of customer F2F meetings logged

* Passion for Truck, Automotive & Machinery Industry

* Ideally 3+ years of experience in an Account Management / BD Sales role
* Confidence and ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams

* Good time management and prioritisation skills to complete tasks within a business environment
* Logical and effective problem solver
* Willingness to learn and positive attitude
