Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors to KEMH.
Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the hospital layout and protocols.
Assisting patients and visitors with reception check-ins.
Escorting patients and visitors to their hospital destination.
Providing support to the COVID entry staff if required.
Building relationships with hospital staff.
Providing relevant info on the hospital and local amenities such as cafes, shops, rest rooms, baby feeding areas, taxis, car parking and public transport.
Promoting additional services within KEMH.
Identifying patients/visitors who appear lost.
Being a positive ambassador for RMHC WA.

Time Required:
Shifts available Monday - Sunday approx. 6:30am 10am / 10am 1pm / 1pm 4pm. We ask for a minimum commitment of one shift per fortnight.
Training:
Comprehensive induction provided (includes Safeguarding Children and Young People & Hand Hygiene online modules) and on-going support from the RMHC WA team. Completion of KEMH Online Orientation & Induction
