We are seeking a senior professional to join our industrial relations team in a high-impact environment.
You will be responsible for interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements and driving effective remediation processes.
You will work seamlessly across departments, partnering with legal teams to clarify and action compliance requirements, coordinating with project managers to ensure milestones are met, and engaging with IT professionals to translate IR needs into technical solutions.
Your analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail will enable you to design comprehensive testing regimes and robust review processes, ensuring that the payroll platform meets current obligations and is resilient to future changes in industrial regulations.
As a proactive contributor, you will identify gaps, propose enhancements, and document outcomes that directly contribute to the integrity and success of the new system.

Our ideal candidate has considerable experience in industrial/employee relations, including specialist expertise in employment law, hands-on experience with payroll, and a proven track record of successfully implementing compliance measures within large organisations.
They will also have experience engaging with Unions, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and tertiary qualifications in Employee/Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Law or related discipline.
