THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a successful property developer with several projects currently in progress. On their behalf we are seeking a skilled, experienced interior design/drafting graduate for a contract period of six months to assist with:-
* Preparation and submission of Town Planning and Council applications
* Accurate preparation of working drawings using AutoCad including floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, internal drawings, façade details and knowledge of materials
WHAT WE OFFER
This is an excellent opportunity for a local Bayside resident to work close to home in well-appointed offices with plentiful onsite parking. The role would allow you to work four days per week and have the weekends to yourself.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate is a switched-on graduate with some real world experience who is eager and willing to learn quickly on the job. To be successful in this role you will need to be:-
* Proficient in detailed interior architectural drafting with formal qualifications (Diploma or higher);
* A highly competent user of AutoCad;
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;
* Familiar with the rules and regulations relating to Australian building codes;
* Confident and experienced in the sourcing and preparation of documentation.
