Key Responsibilities:
* To manage a team of health professionals providing outreach services to rural and remote communities.
* To develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes for Aboriginal families.
* To work closely with local community leaders and organizations to ensure comprehensive health care is delivered.
Requirements:
* Be a registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner.
* Have strong communication skills and an understanding of health issues relevant to the community.
* Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
