Join Our Team – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We’re currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and partner closely with one of our Senior Consultants within the Business Support specialisation.
This role offers full training, a hands-on introduction to recruitment, and a clear pathway to becoming a 360° Consultant, where you’ll eventually run your own desk and manage clients end to end.
You’ll be supporting a temporary recruitment desk, so expect a role that’s fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving. You’ll be involved in bulk recruitment campaigns and work across a variety of roles, including customer service, reception, sales, and other business support positions.
