We are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service based within a primary school workplace near the Gold Coast. The service is licensed for 165 children and operates between 6 am and 6 pm.
This is a full‐time role with split shifts between 6 am-8:30 am and 2:30 pm-6 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day‐to‐day operations of the OSHC service
* Implement a Montessori‐inspired, child‐led learning setting
* Manage staffing, rostering, and programming
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
* Lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging programs for children, and play a key role in building inclusive, vibrant communities
About You:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (ECTs welcome)
* Previous Coordinator or leadership experience in OSHC/childcare
* Strong experience in programming and team leadership
* Current First Aid/CPR and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Proficient with the EYLF, NQS and NQF
