At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Tradesperson to lead our apprenticeship program and contribute to the development of trade capability.
1. We seek an individual with extensive experience in industrial environments who can guide and mentor our apprentices to reach their full potential.
2. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating competency training programs for electrical apprentices, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge required by industry standards.
3. This role involves managing the workshop environment, coordinating curriculum content including practical exercises, theoretical training sessions as well as assessments to gauge progress.
4. A key aspect of this position is building positive working relationships with various stakeholders within the business while providing guidance on process management practices that support organizational objectives.
