About the role As the State Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will lead and support our state-wide towing and fleet operations, ensuring resources are optimised and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. You will mentor Tow Truck Operators and contractors, drive operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety, contractual, and business requirements. Collaborating across internal teams, you will balance contractor satisfaction, service quality, and profitability, while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Key responsibilities & Qualifications - Deliver and promote a safety culture across the fleet and with the assigned driver group, with strong focus on compliance to all Nationwide Group Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) in addition to Ad hoc tasks - Provide ongoing support coaching and training to Drivers ensuring compliance with all State and National laws - Viewing incident reports and reviewing evidence - Conduct regular review of Driver performance providing monthly KPI data - Regularly review Driver training, licensing and inductions to ensure compliance and conducting audits - Business Administration, Management, Transport & Logistics, or Customer Service qualification (desirable) - management/ supervisory and customer service experience What we offer We believe in investing in our people.
