Role Description
This is long term contract role for a Project Controls Engineer / Project Controller based in Perth. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, cost control mechanisms, and project control frameworks. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate planning, monitoring budgets, tracking project progress, analyzing performance data, and preparing regular reports to inform decision-making. The candidate will also be expected to identify and mitigate risks, support claims management, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Planning & Scheduling and Project Control techniques, with hands-on experience using tools like PRIMAVERA (P6)
Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to effectively track and maintain project budgets
High level of Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess project performance data and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of risk mitigation strategies and contract management is an asset
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
