Job Title: Clinical Lead in Maternal and Women's Health
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated clinical professional to lead our Maternal and Women's Health team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-level clinical care and leadership in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, or combined Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional patient care and management of complex cases
* Supervise and support junior medical staff, ensuring optimal training and development opportunities
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
* Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
Essential Criteria:
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG)
* Registration (or ability for registration) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Extensive expertise in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, or both, with a strong clinical background in managing complex cases
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff
